Pagasa: It’s a rainy Tuesday due to monsoon, thunderstorms

MANILA, Philippines — It will be a rainy Tuesday for the western part of the country, including Metro Manila, due to the southwest monsoon, locally known as “habagat,” and localized thunderstorms, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
